Shipping - During these COVID times I try to limit my post office trips to just once a week which is typically reserved for Tuesday. Shipping rates vary from 4 days to 1 week. If you have any questions or concerns that your order will need to arrive sooner, feel free to message me and I’ll look into making an exception for you!
Shipping issues - so long as the mailing address is correct, all shipping concerns (regarding lost mail, contacting mail couriers, or returning mail) is the responsibility of the customer. I do not have any information that you don’t have! My job as the company ends upon mailing to the correct address. If any claims need to be made, I can address this, but I unfortunately can not help you further. If your package is returned, I will contact you to determine next steps, and if needed refund your order if I do not get in contact.
Returns - on the occasion that your order does not fulfill your wants, returns can be made within one week of the product being shipped at the expense of the customer. Upon receiving your order, I will refund the cost of the item(s).
Exchange - in the event an exchange is wanted, exchanges can happen with 5"x7" or 8"x10" sizes. I will ask for you to return your item and place an order through my site for the new item. I will refund your previous product once I have received it in the mail. Exchanges can be made within one week of your purchase being shipped.
Complaint - in the event of a product not fulfilling your wants, I'm happy to discuss this further with you through email so I can do my best to give you what you've envisioned! So long as the product is not disliked due to damage, I ask that you return the product and I will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Driftwood Frames - these handmade driftwood frames from local artisan Brad Slater are all unique and beautiful in their own ways.
Custom Artwork - Please refer to my custom artwork tab in the main menu to inquire about custom artwork and reserve your spot! Custom artwork policies are listed through this link as well.
Technical problems - if you are receiving technical issues with my shop, send me a message and we can fill your order through other avenues that allow money transfers.
