Shipping - Shipping rates vary from 3 to 7 days. If you have any questions or concerns that your order will need to arrive sooner, feel free to message me and I will do my best to get your order to you in time!

Shipping issues - so long as the mailing address is correct, all shipping concerns (regarding lost mail, contacting mail couriers, or returning mail) is the responsibility of the customer. I do not have any information that you don’t have! My job as the company ends upon mailing to the correct address. If any claims need to be made, I can address this, but I unfortunately can not help you further. If your package is returned, I will contact you to determine next steps, and if needed refund your order if I do not get in contact.

Returns - on the occasion that your order does not fulfill your wants, returns can be made within one week of the product being shipped at the expense of the customer. Upon receiving your order, I will refund the cost of the item(s).

Damages - I take great care in packaging your paintings to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All paintings are shipped in universally recognized "no bend" mailers. However, if the package is damaged or bent during transit, please contact me with photos of the packaging and the painting so I can file a claim. We will then discuss the next steps to resolve the issue.

Exchange - I honor exchanges for 5"x7" or 8"x10" Matted Prints (excluding any custom commissioned works). You may return your item(s) to my studio and to place a new order through my website. I will refund the old item(s) upon receipt in the same condition as it once it was sold. Exchanges must be made within one week of the shipping of your order.

Complaint - I'm happy to discuss with you any complaints. If your item is damaged, please review my exchange policy. For items larger than 8"x10" I will work with you to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.

Custom Artwork - I am no longer accepting custom artwork requests! Thank you for an amazing four years bringing alll your visions to life.

Technical problems - If you are having technical issues using my online shop, please send me a message and I will work with you to fulfill your order.
